We have engineers with more than 20 years' R&D experience, and managers with 10 years' experience in manufacturing and marketing.We have developed and distributed many series of TB02, TB05, TP1, TP2, 17AME, 6APE, TS05, RS9700, and JUC-31F which can be the replacement of MM,17AM, and 6AP of SENSATA, V&VA of PEPI, T11&T21 of Microtherm and ST22 of SEKI. Our protectors are characterized with 3 advantages: 1) compact structure (the smallest model in the world), with the regular size 15.0x5.4x2.4mm, easy for installation; 2) the operating temperature as low as 30 , close to ambient temperature; 3) maximal working current is 250V AC 18A.Our factory is located in the industrial park with an area of 40,000 square meters. Our first-stage factory covering nearly 9,000 square meters is equipped with 2 production lines with annually production capacity of 24,000,000 pieces of energy-storage spot welders, computer-based automatic test systems, computer-aided wire stripping machines, high-speed punch presses and drying ovens. OEM service is available. We are paying special attention to strict control of product quality. The constant-temperature shaping of bimetallic elements in core products is completed in house. Our monthly quality control training can strengthen workers' quality awareness.Our Extra Service:1. Logistics Service: We have contracts with TNT, FedEx, UPS and some forwarders, which can offer you door to door services. Our cost based on "freight prepaid" is 30~50% lower than the cost based on "freight collect". Most of the cargoes are transferred from Hong Kong. We do this to cut down the cost of the shipment for our customers and make their goods more competitive in price.2. Providing all kinds of accessories such as lead wire with additional length, and connectors, terminals, and brackets for easy mounting are available for our thermal protectors. We have a complete supply chain and even prepare stocks of many kinds of materials such as electric wire, silicone rubber wire, Teflon wire, AMP & Molex terminals and connectors from Taiwan area and mainland China. Customization is our strong point.3. Total Solutions of Overheating: We have good business relationships with near 30 manufacturers specializing in thermal protectors, thermal cutoffs, thermostats, resettable fuses, and thermal sensors. Some of the manufacturers authorize us as their sole agent in the worldwide market, and some manufacturers provide OEM orders for us. Some of the manufacturers are our distributors in domestic market. We can offer our customers total solutions of overheating and purchase various kinds of products of thermal control for our customers. Moreover, we offer inspection service to make sure the quality for our customers' import.
